When I first walked in I was a little disappointed because I had made an appointment with Alexis to see her and when I arrive she was not working. I was then introduced to Jordan and he nailed the sale. He was friendly, informative, professionally, and I could feel that he genuinely cared. In our conversation it quickly turned into a very small world and I found out that I had worked with his grandmother for several years and that one of his aunts lives around the corner and down the road from me. He was very prompt on responding to text message and made sure that I had his cell phone before I left. Mandy was also incredible nice, personable and very efficient. I was thankful that Barry was able to deliver my new vehicle to me. He was friendly and explained the forms to the best of his knowledge and don’t hesitate to reach out to Mandy when I had a question.

GOT RIGHT IN FOR AN OIL CHANGE. GUYS DID AN AWESOME JOB. WHILE I WAS THERE I HAD TO GET NEW BATTERYS FOR MY KEY-FOB. PARTS GUYS HOOKED ME RIGHT UP.

I bought a 2021 Trax from your used car lot Nov 15th after having it just a week I brought it in cuz it felt like it didn't have any power they drove it said it was just me. A week after that the battery died I brought it in the battery was under warranty so they changed it and charged me 57.00 . The end of December the check engine light came on I took it in they said it was the turbo so they changed it . And it was under warranty so I paid 50.00 . I drove it 4 times to work and back and a few trips in town and it went back in the shop for yet another check engine light . The warranty expired a week earlier so this time I paid 726.09 for a 02sensoe and a 1soark plug and one fuel ejector and they cleaned some stuff but the engine light is still on and now they want 1200.00 they say the Cadillac converter is bad. So after all this I would not recommend going to u.

This dealership treats me with respect and like I am a valued customer. From the call to schedule service to the check in to the check out. They answer questions, provide detail and really go the extra mile and I appreciate that.

I have always had great assistance from the people who work on my car, but somewhere along the line (at a previous visit), someone changed my air filter and did NOT reset my notification on my computer. Consequently, my car is telling me it needs to be changed...but the person who checked my car on Saturday showed that it was fine...and discovered that whoever changed it the last time did NOT reset it. Now my notifications are not in sync.

Michael Blossom has been a blessing for us over the years. He is so easy to work with and my husband and I always walk out of Cook Chevrolet feeling awesome! He makes the process of buying a car so easy and such a positive experience. Thank you!!

Hudson and Tyler always go the extra mile to make sure I am well taking care of, vehicle is fixed right in a timely manner for a reasonable price. Rick in parts simply the best at what he does finding what's needed and getting it in as soon as possible.

My unscheduled visit for a fuel injection recall notice was met with a can do attitude, the work was completed quickly and efficiently. The Service I received is a primary reason for leasing at Cooks.

I was bringing my car in for an oil change, but the engine light came on before I got there. Since I have had issue with it in the past, Hudson was able to give me a loaner so they had time to check it out. Oil change was done and they drove it a couple times. Engine light is off and running smoothly. Suggested 3000 oil changes instead of longer. Appreciate all the help and support I receive each time I come.

I didn’t have to wait I got there , the serviceman ask me a few questions. Serviceman then said ok I could go to lobby and wait. Around thirty minutes later, I was told my car was ready. The serviceman walked me to the cashier window gave her the papers and wish me a good day. The Cashier greeted me told me what my Bill was I paid. The cashier also thanked me and wish me a good day. My point.is I met three young people who I feel were very professional at their jobs. Please thank them for me I was there Friday June 13, 2025 at around 7:40 a.m.

Never fixed my heating problem. Now I have to have the car on 62 to get it cold enough to have the air running at a comfortable temp. My boyfriend who has a 2025 can keep the temp at 71 or 72 for a comfortable temp for air. Don't tell me that there isn't something wrong with my car since it is a 2024 Equinox. It worked fine when I first got it a year ago. Mary Oliver

I was there for my first oil change since buying the truck and for a problem with my rear backup camera. but I was somewhat disappointed when the camera I needed was not in stock that means another trip back to the dealer and waiting not exactly what I wanna do.

I have always receive excellent service at Cook's.

One employee helpful with tire pressure. One employee explained that I will need a new battery for my car before weather turns colder which I appreciated very much. A new battery will prevent my car from not starting in cold weather. Thank you.

I brought my Blazer in for a routine oil change, tire rotation & all points check. All was completed in good time. I was informed of a possible leak in my radiator which I will deal with at a later time.

The service manager treated me professionally, though I'm still not 100% convinced with the resolution. I didn't get the warnings for months. I don't think those, and many other systems, were ever actually working on my vehicle. I now have lane assist, auto lane change on cruise, side impact warning, distracted driving, my seat vibrates as a warning. Who knew I had a green and red lights on my steering wheel? NONE of that ever worked! I had similar issues with my previous Silverado. GM needs to do better.

The customer representatives in the service department at Cook's - Hudson, Zach, Cole, Tyler, are very personable, professional, and do their best to meet our service needs in a timely manner. I believe, however, that we may have a faulty A/C system or faulty parts in my 2024 Chevy Trax. It has now been in a third time to have the A/C repaired. I do not fault the Cook's team, it appears to be an issue with the product.

Your "aggressive" offer for our vehicle was a scam, the prices on new cars are outrageous, and your loan offers are also a scam - decent interest rates that don't work because of short terms. It was a waste of time for your staff and for us. And, although you will have my permission to publish this, we both know it won't be seen anywhere but here - another scam!

$85.91 is way too much for an oil change. (6 quarts) You must be out of your mind to gouge people like that. I will be going elsewhere in the future.

We came in without an appointment desperate because a tire pressure warning sensor failed at the very start of a long and important trip. It was early in the morning just at opening time. We were helped immediately and assured they’d get it figured out. They did and within the hour we were on the road. Saved the day and the trip, as well as our nerves. Can’t say thanks enough!

Service writers Tyler and Hudson do a great job of diagnosing issues and making the proper decisions on assigning technicians. I went in after buying a car to get a second keyfob programmed. I got in exactly when my appointment was and while waiting, I had some questions about the cars features. Hudson explained everything to me and what he wasn't familiar with he looked it up and even printed it out for me. He went above and beyond and I thought that was great! I really appreciated that. From the start purchasing this vehicle with Michael, who was great as well, to Hudson, to the service person programming my key fob, top notch service! Thank you everyone!

Between Hudson and Micheal Blossom in sales, the issue was dealt with promptly and with no additional cost on my end! They both were outstanding and did the right thing! These guys are why I go to Cook Chevrolet and will be my dealership of choice for myself and friends I recommend!!!
