Oil change and tires rotated, good job done by all!!

Service manager explained what will be needed in the near future for car.

I have always had great assistance from the people who work on my car, but somewhere along the line (at a previous visit), someone changed my air filter and did NOT reset my notification on my computer. Consequently, my car is telling me it needs to be changed...but the person who checked my car on Saturday showed that it was fine...and discovered that whoever changed it the last time did NOT reset it. Now my notifications are not in sync.

Michael Blossom has been a blessing for us over the years. He is so easy to work with and my husband and I always walk out of Cook Chevrolet feeling awesome! He makes the process of buying a car so easy and such a positive experience. Thank you!!

My vehicle was in the collision shop at Cook. This was not my first experience dealing with the staff at the collision shop. But, I can honestly say, I have nothing but praise for the collision shop staff. I have always received excellent service, and I am always pleased with the work they have done on my vehicle.

Efficient routine maintenance and then noticed rear doors needed adjusting, and sent the car to the Bump Shop to take care of that too! 5 starts

I was bringing my car in for an oil change, but the engine light came on before I got there. Since I have had issue with it in the past, Hudson was able to give me a loaner so they had time to check it out. Oil change was done and they drove it a couple times. Engine light is off and running smoothly. Suggested 3000 oil changes instead of longer. Appreciate all the help and support I receive each time I come.

I didn’t have to wait I got there , the serviceman ask me a few questions. Serviceman then said ok I could go to lobby and wait. Around thirty minutes later, I was told my car was ready. The serviceman walked me to the cashier window gave her the papers and wish me a good day. The Cashier greeted me told me what my Bill was I paid. The cashier also thanked me and wish me a good day. My point.is I met three young people who I feel were very professional at their jobs. Please thank them for me I was there Friday June 13, 2025 at around 7:40 a.m.

Never fixed my heating problem. Now I have to have the car on 62 to get it cold enough to have the air running at a comfortable temp. My boyfriend who has a 2025 can keep the temp at 71 or 72 for a comfortable temp for air. Don't tell me that there isn't something wrong with my car since it is a 2024 Equinox. It worked fine when I first got it a year ago. Mary Oliver

I was there for my first oil change since buying the truck and for a problem with my rear backup camera. but I was somewhat disappointed when the camera I needed was not in stock that means another trip back to the dealer and waiting not exactly what I wanna do.

Dakota in Collision department was so helpful, texted and called when needed and also when my vehicle was done. All staff there so friendly, helpful. Did an excellent repair on my Equinox and excellent personal service.

There was an older gentleman that worked on my vehicle for a little bit, but his mannerisms were much appreciated. He was very thoughtful in how he communicated.

I brought my Blazer in for a routine oil change, tire rotation & all points check. All was completed in good time. I was informed of a possible leak in my radiator which I will deal with at a later time.

The customer representatives in the service department at Cook's - Hudson, Zach, Cole, Tyler, are very personable, professional, and do their best to meet our service needs in a timely manner. I believe, however, that we may have a faulty A/C system or faulty parts in my 2024 Chevy Trax. It has now been in a third time to have the A/C repaired. I do not fault the Cook's team, it appears to be an issue with the product.

The service manager treated me professionally, though I'm still not 100% convinced with the resolution. I didn't get the warnings for months. I don't think those, and many other systems, were ever actually working on my vehicle. I now have lane assist, auto lane change on cruise, side impact warning, distracted driving, my seat vibrates as a warning. Who knew I had a green and red lights on my steering wheel? NONE of that ever worked! I had similar issues with my previous Silverado. GM needs to do better.

$85.91 is way too much for an oil change. (6 quarts) You must be out of your mind to gouge people like that. I will be going elsewhere in the future.

Got oilchange and tire rotation took over 2 1/2 hours. On my way home i noticed the window sticker was from the previous oil change no new sticker.

Your "aggressive" offer for our vehicle was a scam, the prices on new cars are outrageous, and your loan offers are also a scam - decent interest rates that don't work because of short terms. It was a waste of time for your staff and for us. And, although you will have my permission to publish this, we both know it won't be seen anywhere but here - another scam!

My salesman Scot Williams was very helpful and explained everything very well , my wife came in after me and purchased a new vehicle also.

We came in without an appointment desperate because a tire pressure warning sensor failed at the very start of a long and important trip. It was early in the morning just at opening time. We were helped immediately and assured they’d get it figured out. They did and within the hour we were on the road. Saved the day and the trip, as well as our nerves. Can’t say thanks enough!

Service writers Tyler and Hudson do a great job of diagnosing issues and making the proper decisions on assigning technicians. I've been up to the dealership several times in the last few weeks with different vehicles and thanks to Rick in parts, Dave Pezo and Zack Colosky mechanic/ technicians everything was well taken care of.

Hudson, in the service Dept, brought to my attention that there was an issue with the lug nuts on a set of tires I needed changed. Between Hudson and Micheal Blossom in sales, the issue was dealt with promptly and with no additional cost on my end! They both were outstanding and did the right thing! They fixed it and had me back on the road quickly, with information about what happened and what to do if it happened again. Great job by all!

As always I had a good experience dealing with Cook's service department. I used the after hours drop off for my vehicle's repair. Hudson called me right at the start the day of my appointment. He asked me questions about what I was experiencing with my vehicle. He was very polite, never made me feel like a fool, since I have no great knowledge about the workings of any vehicles. A couple of hours after his call, he called back, stated what was found and that my vehicle was ready. I feel very comfortable taking my vehicle to Cook'for service.

I feel more comfortable having the dealer to the repairs.

Monday 2/2 I took 2023 Colorado purchased at this dealership for oil change/tire rotation. Service tech Nate/Nathan came to waiting room and said the truck was low on coolant. They could pressurize system for $159. I said can we do it today. He said no. He was 2 techs short and no loaners. He would call me by Friday with a date to bring it in. I did not even need a loaner. I asked if he could add coolant to get me through to service date. He said no, he did not have any coolant. ?????? I went to pay my bill. While standing at the desk I received an email with a checklist of what they had completed. Next to Check coolant was a green checkmark indicating no issues. I asked receptionist to have someone explain this discrepancy. She got the tech, who said someone must have checked the wrong box, I did have a coolant leak and said all the previous stuff again. I told him I was very unhappy. Go to pay bill again and another email comes through from Jeff L., Service Manager, thanking me for my business. I asked Receptionist if I could talk to Jeff. She took me to his office. He seemed receptive, I heard him through the door tell service techs that this was unacceptable. He told me of course they have coolant. If I was bringing it back to him for service, he would fill it for me. He did, and he showed me where the level should be and what coolant to use if needed. He said they would call me as soon as possible to get truck serviced. And that this was part of his job. I thanked him and I left. Today is February 14. 12 days later and no one ever contacted me. I have bought 3 trucks there and always did service and body work there. At this point I am afraid to take my truck there again. The service tech was angry when I left, I would be afraid they would hurt my truck. So they have lost me as a car buying customer and as a service customer. I would not recommend them to anyone.

I came in looking for a work car I drive 70 miles to work round trip and Justin Whitney advised me to getting a new Chevy Trax would be a better option then a used car with miles with the amount I would be putting on it daily so that is the way I went Mandy did a great job with the paperwork very efficient and made the process a quick as possible and painless they both are great to work with.

I had an issue coming home from work and knew it would be almost closing time by the time I got there. But I wasn't turned down and the guy didn't act annoyed or upset at having a last minute customer. I wouldn't have done that if it weren't for my work schedule and daycare drop-off time. Not knowing what the issue with my car was, I wouldn't have felt comfortable driving my car myself, let alone with my toddler in it, too.

The seamless scheduling, drop off, loaner program, positive communication and pick up make this an easy choice for servicing my 2020 3500 Truck. Thank you Cook for being customer focused and demonstrating value for my spend.

I can't say enough about the great service I received at Cook's. Hudson was great and after all my phone calls obviously has the patience of a saint! While I was in Saginaw I ended up getting a bolt lodged in my tire, and since I was loosing air quite rapidly went to Discount Tire. They told me that the hole was too large to patch and that I needed a new tire. When I purchased my vehicle at Cook's, I also purchased a road hazard warranty for my tires. After hearing this, I called Cook's because I had also purchased my tires from them within the past year, and wanted to make sure that was the best move for me to make. Hudson explained that Discount could call the warranty company, because that type of incident was covered. Discount Tire said that they could, but that dealing with a warranty company could mean a day or two before they would get a response, so it would be best for me to buy the tire and then for me to handle getting reimbursed. So, I called Cook's back, spoke to Hudson and he told me to ask Discount if they would put my spare on and then for me to bring my vehicle to them. So that was what I did. Hudson called the warranty company, my tire was replaced with a new one, and I paid nothing. I really appreciated the help that Hudson gave me not just over the phone, but also how everything was handled once I got my vehicle to Cook's. I really can't say enough about the service at Cook, their excellent! Hudson really did go above and beyond in helping me! I have never left Cook's feeling that I was taken advantage of. Any service I have ever needed has always been explained to my satisfaction. Whether it's the service department or the collision shop at Cook's, I have always received the best service! I have no complaints!

I am glad that I am able to earn points to offset the cost of my oil change and tire rotation.
